At the time when the Florida’s sales of home and condos has a bleak look, the prognosis for the properties does not look that bad as the critics seem to convey. It moves more or less smoothly on a still-strong state economy.
The condominiums rate of decline was not as bad as single family residencies. The 43% surveys thought that that condos will drop in price by October, compared to 39% July of this year.
Employment is still going strong and so is the drive for rental income. In fact the interest rates a lot better than what everyone expected them to be at this time of the year.
Although, the expectations for 2007 are much better and it should be a better year. Year 2008 should be even better according to realtors’ prognosis. Submitted By: George Mayer
